Ultimate Impact is a two-hour documentary story about magnifying time. Slow-motion photography and computer animation allows us to expand time, to examine and dissect the intricacies and complexities of a moment. One Second is largely about perception. While a second is a convenient reference point for most of us it is an inadequate scale for those who seek to understand the way our brains function.
